Real Time Process Solutions, LLC’s ISO 9001 2015 Lead Auditor course is a competency-based 4-day course that teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001 2015 standard. The course adopts the principles and practices of leading management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011.

Experienced instructors explain the clauses of ISO 9001 2015 in detail with student participation. Students learn the audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. Students gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, role playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions. Our Lead Auditor training course prepares graduates to become proficient and professional Quality Management System (QMS) auditors.
